Refund and Return Policy
Our goal at Body Energy Club is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase and overall experience with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date (in-store) or delivery date (online), provided the product meets the guidelines outlined below.
In-Store Purchases
Unopened Products:
Eligible for exchange, refund (to original payment method), or a gift card.
Opened or Used Products:
Eligible for a gift card only, provided no more than 50% of the product has been used.
Additional Terms:
- Gift cards issued in-store are valid for one year from the date of issue.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges without proof of purchase and valid photo ID.
In-App Purchases (Local Pickup or Delivery)
Unopened Products:
Bring the item in-store for exchange, refund (to original payment method), or a gift card.
Opened or Used Products:
Eligible for a gift card only, provided no more than 50% of the product has been used.
Online Purchases (Orders Shipped with Canada Post)
We do not issue gift cards or store credit for online purchases.
If you need a return, exchange, or resolution, contact our online team and we will determine the best option (return label, replacement product, or refund).
Process:
- Email: online@bodyenergyclub.com to initiate all returns
- Do not send items back without contacting us first
- Returns are handled via a Canada Post return label
Refunds:
- Processed to the original payment method
- Typically reflected within 2–3 business days
Important:
- Online purchases cannot be returned in-store without prior coordination
- In-store purchases cannot be returned through the online team
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact online@bodyenergyclub.com within 48 hours. We will resolve it with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
