8. Return Policy
Body Energy Club will be happy to issue you a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee in the form of an in store credit within 30 days on all unopened products. We must be notified of all returns prior to their return shipment.
If you would like to return an item please ship it to our national warehouse. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. Promotional items (T-shirts, Shaker Cups, etc.), may be kept in lieu of any inconvenience you may have incurred.
All International sales are final.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unfortunate event that any of your products arrive damaged, or if there has been an error in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours and we will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter.
10. Shipping Information
1. Enjoy free shipping in Canada on all orders $39.00 or over before tax.
2. Glass bottles are not insured by Canada Post. All glass bottles are packed carefully to help prevent damage.

4. All orders within Canada will include a tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in your confirmation email after your order has been shipped.
1. Orders received prior to 2:00 pm PST will usually be processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, orders may not be processed until the following day.
2. All parcels are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel - Depending on what Province and city you are in, shipping takes between 3-7 business days.
3. If a product that you have ordered is not available or on back- order, you will receive an email from us before your order has been shipped out and we will offer the following: We can hold your order and ship everything once the missing product(s) are back in stock.
We can issue a refund or credit for the missing product(s).
