Suggested Use: Adults only. Take 15ml twice daily with food. Take 2-4 hours prior to exercise.

I didn’t think I’d like the berry flavour but it’s quite good! I mix it with water or my electrolytes.

Bottle and sealing

After serving it is unavoidable the liquid dropping to the lid threads. Needs to cleaned with a napkin every time. The protective plastic wrap is difficult to remove requiring the use of a knife with the associated risks.

Overall great buy

The liquid product by BEC is the best deal by volume. The taste is decent, though nothing special. The ease of adding it to a drink or taking a straight shot makes it a welcome addition when looking to maintain muscle mass and burn fat.
