Description

Omega-3 from Body Energy Club provides 4617.5 mg of Omega-3 essential fatty acids per teaspoon. Omega-3 supplies high levels of EPA and DHA. Omega 3 also provides 800mg of EPA and 500mg of DHA in a delicious lemon flavour. 

Recommended Dose: Children to Adolescents 1-18 years: 1 teaspoon daily. Adults: 1-2 teaspoons daily.

Contains no artificial colours, flavours, gluten, dairy products, eggs, corn, nuts, soy, starch, wheat or yeast.

Best Tasting & Value

This is by far the best tasting Omega 3 Ive used. I suggest making sure you take it with food to avoid heartburn though. Best value.
