Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use in case of liver disorder or iron deficiency. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract–containing products have been reported.

Contraindications: Do not take if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Known adverse reactions: Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.

Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.

Zinc (from zinc citrate) : 30mg

ʟ-⁠Taurine (2-aminoethanesulfonic acid) : 200mg

Green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract, 50% polyphenols : 55mg

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxal-5′-phosphate) : 50mg

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin and riboflavin-5′-⁠phosphate) : 12mg

Butternut squash (Cucurbita pepovar.moschata) seed 4:1 extract : 10mg

Inositol hexanicotinate, flush-free (vitamin B3) : 6mg

Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) : 4mg

Molybdenum (from molybdenum citrate) : 150mcg

Other ingredients:

ᴅʟ-⁠Malic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non-⁠GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
