Organika's Milk Thistle is unique in that it is sourced from the Silymarin seed and not the flowers, resulting in maximum potency*. Standard 250 mg capsule, yielding 200 mg of pure Silymarin. The name comes from the milky sap that emerges when the leaves are crushed or broken. The seeds source from France.

Suggested Use

Adults Only: Take 1 capsule 3 times per day with a meal.
