Suggested Use
Adults Only: As a factor in the maintenance of good health, take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a total of 3 capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an iron deficiency, a history of kidney stones, a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, or if you are taking any other medications or natural health products, or for use beyond 12 weeks. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
